I've given this 4 stars as the experience wasn't perfect but still very good. I bought a Honda NC750. The staff at appleyards were informative and keem to give a good customer experience. Corey dealt with the sale and worked around my availablity to collect the bike. Due to various commtments, I was unable to collect the bike within the week of the sale so Corey arranged for it to be delivered to me. Prior to delivery, the service team gave the bike a check over for faults. I was pleased with the bike on receipt. This is where the 4 stars rather than 5 comes in. I found the power socket was not working. As this should have been a part of the predelivery checks, it should have been picked up on and rectified. I contacted the Service Department and they fitted the bike in for rectification. Jason was excellent and keen to give a good service. It turned out there was a broken wire to the charger. I can fully recommend Appleyards. A professional outfit who care about their customers.

Bought a new 73 plate Royal Alloy GP125 Scooter in ivory white from Appleyard's in Keighley. Love the bike, I dealt with Corey throughout the process, he located the bike in the colour I had chosen, helped me fill out the finance forms and organised a quick delivery to Barnsley. I also had some great advice on choosing a helmet from the accessories department, without them I would have chosen one too big for me, I even received 10% discount as I had bought a bike from them. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying a bike to go to Appleyard's.

Great experience from start to finish, reviewed bike remotely, Cory and the team sent me detailed video of the bike and arranged a viewing with ease. When I arrived at the showroom it was full of clean bikes and was in bike heaven with the range of machines they have. Team made me feel appreciated and the process from that point was seamless. The handover wasn’t rushed or did I ever feel , you’ve bought the bike so not interested, they went through every detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything before riding off.
